Public Agreement for the Sale of a Digital Product and Licensing Access

This agreement is an official and public offer by FOP Serevko Ivan Volodymyrovych (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to conclude a Public Agreement for the sale of a digital product copy and the provision of licensing access to the cloud-based software "Svi-RAG" under the terms set out below.

Any individual or legal entity who accepts this offer becomes a Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and agrees to all the terms of this Agreement without any exceptions or limitations.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of digital content (access to the functional capabilities of the Svi-RAG cloud software based on SaaS architecture) to the Buyer by activating licensing access within the account on the Website, and the Buyer undertakes to accept this digital product and pay its value according to the selected tariff plan (access package).

2. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement (Acceptance)

2.1. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Public Offer in accordance with Art. 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine is considered to be the Buyer's performance of any of the following actions: registration on the website https://svi-rag.tech, placing an order, or making a payment for the digital product through integrated payment gateways.

3. Product Value and Procedure for Automatic Settlements (Subscription)

3.1. The cost of licensing access (digital product packages) is determined in accordance with the tariff plans published in the public domain on the Seller's Website.

3.2. All prices for digital products are indicated in the national currency of Ukraine — hryvnia (UAH).

3.3. Payment is made on a 100% prepayment basis. By making the initial payment under this Agreement, the Buyer provides unconditional consent to automatic monthly card billing (recurrent payments) to renew the licensing access for the next period, according to the selected tariff. The allocation of data processing limits (characters/contexts) in the database occurs automatically at the moment the transaction is confirmed by the acquiring bank.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure instant delivery of the digital product (activation of limits) after successful payment and to provide technical support to users via email.

4.2. The Buyer undertakes to use the received access exclusively within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine, not to transfer authentication data to third parties, and has the right to independently cancel the automatic subscription renewal in the Personal Account at any time.
